Añejo Old Fashioned
- 2 ozTequila 30-30 Añejo
- 0.25 ozAgave Nectar (Dark)
- 2 DashesAngostura Bitters
- 2 DashesOrange Bitters
- GarnishExpressed Orange Peel
In a mixing glass with ice, combine the Añejo, agave nectar, and bitters. Stir until well-chilled. Strain over one large piece of clear ice. Express the oils of an orange peel over the cocktail — a stunning showcase of butterscotch and toasted oak.
