Name:
Tequila 3030 Reposado
Class:
Rested
The name of our Tequila comes from this legendary 30-30 carbine. In America, it's known as the rifle that conquered the West. In Mexico, during the Mexican Revolution and the Cristero Revolution, it was an icon of the Mexican people's struggle. It's the only rifle with a Mexican corrido dedicated to it due to its great importance in our country's history.

NOSE
On the nose, it presents a high intensity and complex diversity, with aromas of stewed fruit, subtle aromas of the barrel, and distinct herbal notes. On the second nose, we confirm aromas of stewed fruit like apple and candied fruit like orange and sweet potato, without losing its floral variety. The aromas of cooked agave are present, leaving a honeyed note. The barrel is present with a subtle hint of vanilla and dark chocolate.
MOUTH
30-30 Añejo presents itself on the palate with a distinct smoothness that confirms its density. The aromas of the nose are confirmed, but the most notable are the toasted and spicy aromas from the barrel, such as pepper, vanilla, coffee, and cocoa. A very interesting mint flavor that refreshes the palate rounds out this tequila.
VIEW
This tequila has a beautiful light yellow color with golden highlights; it's bright and clean with a high apparent density. It's a bit thick since the legs take a while to fall and the crown remains firm.
